Complete revamp of the Oncology Centre, including concept design, technical plans, structural changes, procurement and project management. Interior finishes were based on bringing nature in, with emphasis on natural light, healing colours and a variety of textures. The beauty of Table Mountain was superimposed on the reception windows and a forest scene with blue sky was cleverly introduced to calm and distract patients while undergoing treatment. A labyrinth in the garden reflects the power of inner strength.
